Today Vivek University is the first and only University in Bijnor District and stands as one of the premier educational institution in Uttar Pradesh. By 2024 this small tree was converted into Banayan Tree when Vivek College was granted the status of Vivek University (State Private University) by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh vide act no 21of 2024 dated 06/12/2024 and approved by UGC under section 2(f).
