Beth Telesz has been a Registered Nurse since 1996 and brings with her many years of experience in impacting patient care in a variety of ways at The University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC). She has a broad healthcare background spanning from clinical nursing, quality improvement, patient safety, healthcare innovation, staff development and patient and healthcare provider education to Simulation Training where she spent the last 15 years of her career.
Ms. Telesz held a Curriculum Development management position at the Peter M. Winter Institute of Simulation, Education and Research (WISER) which led her to an appointment as the Director of Simulation Training for a Medical Malpractice Insurance Company for community hospitals. This expertise ensures that the implementation of Virtual Patients meets the highest standards of professional development.
