Fullscript connects healthcare providers with their patients, so we require your NPI number, active license, or registration to maintain the platform’s professional integrity and comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You can start using your account right after uploading your credentials— add patients, send plans, and more.
Your credential needs to be approved before any wholesale or patient orders can ship. We typically complete reviews in less than one business day. The Credential review banner will also disappear from your account once it’s approved, and we will send an email when your account is ready to place an order.
During sign-up, you’ll be prompted to enter your NPI number or, if you don’t have one, upload a digital copy of your professional healthcare license/registration or healthcare education credentials. Some brands have restrictions based on provider credentials. To minimize catalog limitations, we recommend submitting your professional license or registration instead of education credentials whenever possible.

If the account is under a clinic manager or owner, you can still use the credentials of an associated provider. Just add the provider to the account as an additional user. Once their credentials are uploaded and match a provider on the account, we’ll move forward with the review.
Student ordering accounts are available for those who can prove enrollment in a program that leads to licensure in one of the approved healthcare professions.
Still not quite sure what we’re looking for? Consider these solutions for common issues:
It’s important to maintain your credentials and provide updated documents before they expire. We’ll send an automated reminder email as the expiration date approaches.
