Exam Structure and Passing Requirements

Examinees must score at least 200 per subtest, and pass all 4 subtests to pass this exam. The test format is a computer-administered test (CAT). The subtests are structured as follows:

• Subtest 1: Language Arts and Reading (601). Duration: 1 hour and 5 minutes. Question Count: 50 multiple-choice questions.
• Subtest 2: Social Science (602). Duration: 1 hour and 5 minutes. Question Count: 45 multiple-choice questions.
• Subtest 3: Science (603). Duration: 1 hour and 10 minutes. Question Count: 45 multiple-choice questions.
• Subtest 4: Mathematics (604). Duration: 1 hour and 10 minutes. Question Count: 35 multiple-choice questions.
