Call for Coaches

We’re seeking dynamic and experienced career coaches like you to participate in our 1:1 Career Coaching program at the 2024 HBA Annual Conference. As a coach, you’ll help others unlock their full potential, guiding them through challenges and toward their professional aspirations. Whether strategizing for advancement, enhancing networking skills, or preparing for a career transition, your expertise could be the key to unlocking someone's future success.

The HBA has space for 22 extraordinary coaches to provide 30-minute sessions. You'll have the opportunity to pre-connect with attendees, ensuring a focused and productive meeting. Plus, with up to ten sessions across three days, the reach and impact you can have is significant.

How to Apply

Ready to make a difference? Submit your application by 12 April. Include your name, title, company, coaching credentials, a 150-word bio, areas of coaching expertise, a high-resolution headshot, at least one reference, and links to your professional presence online.

Call for Facilitators

The HBA seeks energetic and thoughtful facilitators for the 2024 Annual Conference Connection Circles. Leveraging the expertise of facilitators, these circles are designed to stimulate an engaging experience where small cohorts of industry professionals come together to delve into speakers and sessions that ignite inspiration, provoke thought, and perhaps even unsettle the status quo.
