Maintaining Certification for Histology Professionals

Maintaining HT/HTL Certification is vital for career progression. Individuals certified through ASCP are required to participate in ASCP's Certification Maintenance Program, which requires completion of 36 hours of continuing education over the course of three years. That may seem overwhelming, but it works out to only 12 hours a year.

National Society for Histotechnology (NSH) Membership

NSH has plenty of ways for our members to earn those 12 hours of education a year without breaking the bank! NSH created Enhanced Education Membership to serve a common need among histology professionals: more access to affordable online histology continuing education.

The Enhanced Education Membership is the most cost effective way to earn all of your continuing education credits, for one low price! It includes all the benefits of Core Education Membership, PLUS free unlimited access to all on-demand webinars on elearn.nsh.org. Enhanced Education Membership is only $139 and provides access to over $1,500 histology-focused online education included with your membership!
