Free Continuing Medical Education: Shared Medical Appointments and Long COVID Management

Accreditation and Credit Information

The AAFP has reviewed Implementing Shared Medical Appointments Utilizing Full Plate Living and deemed it acceptable for up to 2.00 Enduring Materials, Self-Study AAFP Prescribed credit(s). AAFP Prescribed credit is accepted by the American Medical Association as equivalent to AMA PRA Category 1 credit(s)™ toward the AMA Physician's Recognition Award. The Term of Approval for this activity is from 06/13/2025 to 06/13/2026. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Conference: Supporting Primary Care Providers in Management and Treatment

In partnership with UCLA, we are pleased to extend an invitation to attend a FREE Long COVID Continuing Medical Education (CME) Conference entitled “Supporting Primary Care Providers in Management and Treatment.”

The conference will focus on the foundational aspects of Long COVID, present current research findings, and address management strategies. Among the subjects to be discussed are Myalgic Encephalomyelitis/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS) and Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS). There will also be a Q&A with experts in the field.
