Comprehensive Diabetes Education at Boston Medical Center

Boston Medical Center is committed to empowering all patients to thrive, through our innovative and equitable care. As part of this mission, our team offers comprehensive diabetes care, including nutritional counseling and close coordination with cardiology, dental services, ophthalmology, and podiatry.

The Clinical Diabetes Program

Diabetes Education is a program of BMC’s Department of Endocrinology, Diabetes, Nutrition, and Weight Management. To ensure the highest quality of care, all DSME visits require a referral from the provider managing your diabetes. Whether you are looking for support or advanced treatment, BMC is here to ensure you have everything you need to make your visit a success.
