AoME 2024 Science and Technology in Healthcare Practice: Futures in Medical Education

Over the last decade the practice of evidence-based medicine has aided healthcare professionals to apply the latest scientific and technological advances to the changing healthcare needs of the population. Simultaneously, a new era of evidence-based medical education has arisen, necessitating innovative strategies for healthcare teaching, learning and assessment. The AoME 2024 Science and Technology in Healthcare Practice: Futures in Medical Education Annual Academic Conference will take place on 12-13 November 2024 at Aston University, Birmingham, UK.

This conference is one of the best opportunities for educators across the health professions to come together to share good practice and share the latest innovations in healthcare education, as well as invaluable opportunity for networking, academic collaboration and professional development. ASME is delighted to be exhibiting and presenting once again at AOME.

Conference Participation and Themes

We are inviting participants to share creative and adaptive approaches in this new era of healthcare education – new ways of learning, new ways of teaching, new ways of thinking. Abstract submission is now open and we are particularly interested in innovations in medical education, but welcome submissions of all interests for posters, oral presentations and workshops (60 minutes).
